FAQs

I am new to Yoga, are your classes suitable for me?

Every single class I share is suitable for beginner’s. If you have any specific concerns please feel welcome to contact me and I will be happy to respond privately.

What do I need to bring to your classes?

I do! Yoga online is one of the ways we can facilitate our practice when we prefer a little bit of privacy and comfort. I would be most happy to provide this to you if you feel that this is your preferred way of doing Yoga. Please get in touch directly via email or on my socials to enquire about online Yoga.
