My ethos begins and ends with the breath…Without the breath we cease to be.

My Yoga journey began as a student in 2008; since completing multiple trainings, and offering well over 1,000 classes in public and corporate environments, one-to-one private classes and countless hours spent on my own mat - I know my best utility to others is not as a teacher, but simply as a reminder to breathe consciously.

Every one of us needs this reminder, because we all forget. What is remembering without forgetting after all? The body and the breath are always in this present moment, however the mind often wanders. When we show up to our practice, it allows us to reconnect with the body and our breath. This approach to Yoga helps encourage the mind to focus on this moment ~ instead of dwelling on the past or looking ahead into the future.

Inside each of us there is a place where we are able to find balance between the fluctuations of the mind and the energy that ebbs and flows within the body.

My intention is to invite others to return to that knowing place inside: to breathe and be. I intend to provide all people with a space to be present within.

Join me on this journey.
